アリアナ

If you want to love someone, then start with understanding yourself first.

Vol. 1

My Life

As long as I was on the path I walked hard, but when I came to the beach I had to run. For the tide was now nearly flowed; and to get through with my powder dry between the surf and the steep hill, took all the quickness I possessed. As it was, even, the wash caught me to the knees, and I came near falling on a stone. All this time the hurry I was in, and the free air and smell of the sea, kept my spirits lively. The gentle breeze kissed my cheeks as a little icy breath of the ocean curled my lips upwards – my Euphoria.

Vol. 2

My Career

You should do nursing.

My mom’s voice echoed in my head as I recalled my senior year of high school. Back then, never once in my life did I thought I would go down the medical path. But now, I’m truly grateful for my mother opening the doors to a whole, new world of art and science. Like star-crossed lovers, fate is telling me that this is my destiny – being a Nurse is my calling.

My Cities

San Francisco

From the calm ocean waters to the street cars and squawking seagulls. Green grasses and vivid flowers through the fog to the headlands. Looming mountain high, piercing the sky, and resplendent in the western sun. All glamorously red with its splendor meant to be. Wind-swept and free, year after year, and chanting the hymn of victory on top of the Golden Gate Bridge. In a fast-paced, never sleeping city – The City of Dreams.

Vancouver

The most livable city on the planet, well used to be. To indulge in the full light of the summer afternoon in dainties and wines. Surrounded by surreal beauty everywhere you stroll. From the peak of the 2010 Winter Olympics Whistler Mountain the glorious chants of O Canada, Our Home and Native Land to the joys of the twenty-first-century living, as the flotsam and jetsam of the world wash up on faraway shores – The Land of Opportunity.

Tokyo

Lit-neon signs glowing at every sight, standing under the glamorous buildings up high. A sienna city with sparking saturn sunrises and sangria skyscrapers. A feeling of comfort and serenity. Losing your way in the Metro and ending up in Disneyland, and feeling the night breeze kissing your face. Flashing lights, flashing people, standing on top of the Shibuya Skytree, a true Metropolitan city – The City of Hope.
